NetTeller Online Banking

NetTeller Online banking’s enhanced and additional features are a sure way to stay on track with your personal finances. Once enrolled in NetTeller, you can set up bill payments through iPay and access your accounts from your mobile device with GoDough. Secure access to your accounts has never been easier!

NetTeller enrollment instructions

For security reasons, when enrolling in NetTeller Online Banking, the email address you enter must match the email address on our records. Please call (225) 927-1900 or 1(888) 281-8485 to confirm the email address we have on file for you.

NetTeller User ID and Password Requirements: User ID: Minimum of 6 characters and maximum of 12 characters. No specific character requirements User Password: Minimum of 6 characters and maximum of 10 characters. Must have at least 2 alpha characters and 2 other characters which can include numbers or the following special characters: ! ” # $ % ^ & ( * ) + , - / ; < = > ? [ \ ] _ { }

New Features Coming to NetTeller

Available Now - Address Changes

You can now submit an address change through NetTeller. This can be found under "User Settings/Personal". Enter the address in the middle section titled "Modify Home Address". Once all fields have been completed, hit "Submit".

Beginning in January - Security Update

During the normal log-on process, you will be prompted to enter a cell phone number if on is not already on file for online banking. With the security update, anytime you change your email address, you will receive a code via text message to enter confirming your identity. If you do not wish to provide a phone number, you may contact the credit union during business hours for assistance in making these changes and obtain a necessary code.
