Educate yourself against the scammers
Have you ever gotten an email or text message from Netflix saying your payment didn’t go through? How about a problem with your Amazon account? These are examples of Phishing emails. They are bogus emails using legitimate companies trying to get you to reveal personal or financial information. Do not open the email-simply delete it. Remember, companies will not contact you and ask you for your bank account information, pin number, or any personal information.
