Credit Union Trainer – Responsible for developing a strategic plan and action steps for training and staff development. Create, implement and conduct training programs that reflect the strategic plan of the organization including member service, regulatory compliance, product knowledge, technical skills, policies and procedures, basic job skills, and new hire onboarding. Also responsible for tracking and assessing ongoing training needs. Will coordinate and assist in specialized departmental training. Must have training and public speaking experience. Must have elevated proficiency with Excel, Power Point, Word, etc. Some knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software is helpful. Broad knowledge of credit union services required. Powerful communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
